Why don’t your website building and refreshing services have fixed pricing?
Every website project is unique and the requirements change for each project that we take on. Some websites need specific features that others do not while some websites are simply larger and more complex. We are transparent about our pricing and we give our clients the final price for their website project as soon as possible.
What services do you provide when building a website?
Our team creates your website from the ground up by providing copywriting, web design and web development expertise. We’ll create a project timeline and stick to it while giving our clients plenty of time to review their website build at every stage.
How long does it take to create a website?
It depends on the scope of the project but we try to build websites within 6-8 weeks. To meet this deadline, our clients must also do their part by reviewing and approving key wireframes and pages along the way.
I don’t need a whole new website, what if I just need to change a few things?
In this case, we can work with you to figure out what needs to be changed and handle it on a case-by-case basis. We can also redesign your website and add new functionalities in a website refresh, which is cheaper than a full website build, get in touch with us to learn more about this.
What do I get from your Visual Identity and Branding Guidelines?
We create your brand logo, select your brand colors and typography and create a basic design system for your company. Every business needs a clear visual identity and to maintain this consistency, we will also create a PDF that lists everything that professional designers need to know when designing anything for your business in the future. We will also provide digital files for everything we have designed.
I need additional branding or marketing materials designed for my business, can you help me?
If you have opted for our Visual Identity and Branding Guidelines, we will do our best to accommodate your requirements but we don’t do ad-hoc projects for branding or design purposes.
Why do I need web hosting and maintenance?
Your website must be hosted on a server and it has to be monitored for security breaches as well. You can choose to manage this yourself but this can also include technical operations such as updating various plug-ins and third-party programs and deal with cybersecurity issues as well.
Ultimately, we do all of these things and we also ensure your website stays online and accessible to everyone (we call this ‘uptime’). If your website is down, our team will identify and resolve the issue as soon as possible and it is covered within your annual plan.
What if I choose to host my own website instead of using your service?
We can build your website on our end and migrate it to your server at no additional cost, once all payments have been made.
I do not want to manage my website or I do not like my current hosting provider, can I migrate my website to Red Shift?
Yes, we can migrate your website for you.
